Lots of ups and downs, but overall has been a rewarding company to work for.

Dialogic is constantly striving to innovate in order stay competitive in its targeted markets and this makes for an ever-changing and interesting work environment.

Cons

Dialogic seems to be losing more products and people than it is gaining lately. There is a constant concern around force reductions and overalll moral seems low.

Well known name recognition within the industry. Product has a very strong reputation and is the market leader in several areas.

Cons

Most of the companies revenues come from legacy products where there is not a lot of growth potential. Most people are significantly underpaid compared to competition. Company grows by acquiring distressed companies with little upside and unstable products.
