(I copy and paste someone else's partial review because it fit to a T)#1 problem is the CEO. This company is going to fail because of this conceited man. He only hires people who will do whatever he wants. Even if it is illegal. The surrounding peers and others have a bad perception of this company and the CEO. They do not give employees what they need to perform their jobs. They manage with fear. In the 3 months I was at DCC's Homer Glen office my experience was horrible. They treat you as if you are beneath them and expect you to go above and beyond to meet THEIR expectations. The owners and head nurse were rude, and disrespectful to staff. I left without a 2and thought and ran back to the city for not only better pay, but better treatment as not only a woman, but a person. I will never reco this company to anyone seeking employment or treatment.
