Pros

Employee owner culture at the Portland terminal is hands off. Pay .72 per mile line haul. New equipment Awesome CEO he has tripled our stock price in three years. 3 weeks vacation Full benefits Cash bonus Stock options for retirement Average retirement 600% more than 401 k. Some drivers reporting stock options bonus over 100k last year. Time off when ever I want. Terminal Manager is the best in the business Jason Brown.

Cons

No disability insurance I wish other employees would treat their jobs as if they were owners of a company instead of acting as just an employee.

Pros

Late model equipment and retirement is all you have to look for. New CEO, but haven’t seen the outcome yet.

Cons

No accountability. For anyone from employees to management. Dock workers trash freight ruining any chance for bonuses. No upkeep on equipment. Wages suck compared to competing companies. Overall toxic/hostile environment.
