Conflict with tenants and customers alike, some conditions are extremely hot or cold, requests from admin take too long to fulfill or execute.

I earned the opportunity to lead a team I absolutely enjoy what I do and am grateful for the opportunity that Diamond has given me. We provide customer service and assistance at a park and you meet so many people visiting. It’s simple talking stories and everyone on the team knows all the duties of each area. We are working in all sorts of weather conditions. Rain or shine we are there to assist.

Cons

Would be nice to have shelter where we need to assist the visitors.
