Great benefits. Top notch and robust. 100% medical premium coverage for employees AND their families. Huge 401k match. They care about retaining their employees. Very transparent CEO.

Great executives; great benefits! Diamondback is the best of the best in the Permian Basin. The company pays all of the employee's and the employee's family insurance premium. 10% 401k match, annual stock awards, generous bonuses.

Cons

There aren't really any cons if you know what you're doing and are willing to work.
