      Pros

      My boss is amazing, my team is so fun, I love what I do and have a lot of support. Not sure if that's true of every team but I know I love going to work every day.

      Cons

      It's a smallish oil company that hasn't always had the best record on the environment, but I'm proud to say we're working very hard to make that better going forward.
