      Pros

      Runs very lean, which is beneficial during down turns. Operates capital within cash flow reducing total debt for company allowing profitable acquisitions. Very intelligent field staff, and extremely knowledgeable front line managers. Awesome benefits.

      Cons

      Micro managing personnel makes its very difficult for the support staff to do their job effectively. Very little trust of employees from executive staff, causing low moral and resentment. They use to promote from within, now all promotions are outside hires. VPs and EVPs are very siloed and do not trust subordinates to do their jobs. EXTREME LACK OF TRUST AND COMMUNICATION.
