Pros

Diff is a young company, and it has a fresh feel to it. The office is nicely furnished, with workstations that convert to standing desks and ergonomic chairs. There's of other goodies too, like an HTC Vive VR setup, an espresso machine, and a fridge full of good stuff. TLDR: Excellent people, atmosphere, rewarding work, and a good place to grow as a developer.

Cons

The fact that it's a young company is a double edged sword. If you're a fan of process and procedure, it's not quite there yet. So stay tuned.

Pros

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, no matter what the situation is. Lots of room for expansion and growth as the company progresses. The atmosphere is conducive to productivity, but there's always time for a good laugh. Flexible work hours, benefits, able to work from home, it's all great.

Cons

Since it's a young company, some of the roles are lesser defined, but that's something that's being addressed, especially as the company grows.
