Work environment and the quality of work are pretty good. Competent engineers are there from whom we can learn a lot. Learning curve is good.

Cons

Some times it happens that the management is a little ruthless during the project deadlines. And your contribution might get overlooked

Company is very supportive of teamwork, of collaboration, while still recognizing unique skills and passions and giving people a chance to excel individually.

Cons

Strong corporate culture. There is a Digi way of doing things. It is sometimes necessary to find a sponsor to clear an obvious roadblock
