Pros

The engineering work is usually interesting, technically challenging, and multidisciplinary. The benefits (medical, life, 401k) are good, though the medical insurance has become increasingly expensive.

Cons

Salary raises are tied to the perceived market value of the position. Don't count on annual raises, or by significant amounts. Advancement within the company appears to require relocating to corporate headquarters.

great technology great work environment nice technologies not much into production support / night shifts type of work

Cons

Needs to generate more interest in other extra curricular activities and needs more team outing to gel with team.
