The management team was horrible to work with. Never got raises or praise. Management only cared about themselves and picked favorites.

I.e absence of diversity (although they love to promote itself as being a diverse one, reason being they have many employees from different parts of Asia. - Unethical treatment of fixed term contractors who fulfil the same or more responsibilities than employees. - Your private healthcare comes at a certain cost e.g. emotional stress from the extremely every-woman-for-herself culture.
