      Massive shift within the company

      Amazing colleagues to work alongside. Bottom line managers are decent to their staff

      Cons

      Zero true communication with the staff from exec team. Unrealistic expectations Unrealistic timelines for execution The GTM strategy was poorly managed and left a lot of staff in the dark.

      Market leader, premium product, proper solutions for the customers who need better than basic.

      Cons

      Bad (missing!) internal processes, no information on how to find the right people. No clear structure on how things should be handled. Salary and commission payments missing, sometimes months without getting paid.
