Atmosphere is amazing

Pros

I love the atmosphere of the place. The people are amazing and will help you with whatever you need to get done. Even if you have been in the company for years people in the company try to help you understand your job better and want you to succeed in the job.

Cons

I guess the only downside would be training. You have to do a lot of training and it takes a couple of weeks to get the hang of the job.

Great bunch of people. Learn a lot of the IT Support fundamentals. Good benefits.

Cons

No room for career growth within the tech department unless you in the Lehi offices where most of the opportunities are. Mediocre remuneration.
