Digicert is an awesome work environment between employees! the company is all about being accommodating and generous! I love how relaxed the environment is, and I think it helps people be comfortable and accommodating to customers! Pay is also very generous!
Cons
The ONLY reason I didn't give this job 5 stars is because of specifically Validation top management. They just prowl around judging *everyone*, acting like teenage girls. they take any opportunity to make employees look stupid and lazy, while they themselves don't ever seem to be working. leadership for the rest of the company is kind, understanding, and obviously understand the principles of leadership. It's concerning that this is the leadership over validation, while other deserving, more caring employees are only training, or team leaders. Management sends a lot of really confusing messages, so that nobody knows what is allowed or not.
