No game plan for certain departments.

Pros

Providing food is a plus.

Cons

Food does not make up for an unstable work environment. Several people have been let go from there recently for no good reason under a management structure that is untrained, unprofessional, and uninvolved in the day to day of the department. Managers give meaningless assignments to all but the chosen few and then fire those who are not in the club. Performance reviews are never done on time, usually a week after the "drop dead" date and then they are just glossed over.

Pros

Catered lunch twice a week. Remote/hybrid

Cons

Very low pay compared to industry standards and mediocre benefits. Executive leaders are out of touch and are constantly moving the goal post without providing resources needed to drive business. Too many people in mgmt with their own agendas taking all the credit for themselves and treat people like #s.

Dear current DigiCert employee, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback through Glassdoor. Input – positive or negative – allow us an opportunity to hear from employees and dispel some misconceptions that may linger about the company and leadership. DigiCert is a growing technology company that operates in an ever-changing space. Leaders and employees have to be adaptable and adjust to technological changes, market needs and changes. To address talent needs in an ever-changing climate, DigiCert works to provide at or above market compensation and benefits, including educational support, bonus opportunities and sabbaticals. In addition to compensation and benefits, DigiCert leaders work to foster a culture of innovation. One of our CARE values is Amazing Innovation, and that value was no more evident than it was during the recent DigiCert Hackathon. Numerous teams had the urge from leadership to take time and opportunity to conceive of and submit creative and innovative ideas. While no company is perfect, leaders do listen and learn. And they are open to listening and learning to your thoughts and discuss the things you have identified in your review. We invite you to reach out to a member of the People Team to share your thoughts or discuss ways where you believe the company and leadership can improve. Best, DigiCert People Team

A few great aspects and pros don't seem to outweigh the cons

Pros

great work from home flexibility and pushing toward hybrid when local restrictions allow employees to return to an office setting. Health benefits seem strong compared to others in the industry/area.

Cons

employees are underpaid compared to market value. We constantly hear about wanting to evaluate for higher and see limited salary increase which makes the two seem like they are tied together. Ageism and favoritism is a real thing and hinders the growth of sales teams. This feeds into the culture of complacency and has built up a team of less driven sales reps that hinder the growth of what could be the growth engine of the company.
