Pros
The main reason I was interested in this company was I knew how they treat their employees. I am speaking toward the environment they provide in and out of the work place. If things are well at home for you they know it will reflect in the office. They have gone out of their way countless times to make sure everything is well. They also make sure you feel appreciated and valued. The managers are at the top of their game. Then all the other benefits... 401k, Insurance, PTO, Company Trip and Food. These things alone would put DigiCert above the rest.
Cons
Training is hard, although that is not DigCert's fault. SSL is a beast and it is a very complicated thing to learn, even if you are a seasoned Sys Admin.
