      Great people to work with. Eager to establish themselves in their industry. Great creative minds.

      Cons

      Poor management training lead to poor interactions with managers at times. Was quite put off by those experiences.

      A lot of changes going underway. Promotions used to be done from within but recently, new people were being hired instead.
