Pros

DigiCert is an awesome place to work. You have a great atmosphere here and since it is a global company people respect all races and backgrounds. It is great to always have access to food but as well that the management trusts you to work and be self discipline so you can work effectively. The benefits here are numerous and it really helps that the management is really flexible with your personal schedule. When you have questions on your job, people are willing to help. It makes a warm friendly atmosphere

Cons

Its location is just in Lehi UT which is not a big city. Getting to work takes time when not close to home

Pros

-Truly feel like I'm a part of something bigger -Talking to people all over the world -Everyone here is a nerd (we have an N64 in our office, how could it get better?) -So much food for employees -My supervisor is not only one of the most helpful people ever, he feels like a friend at the same time -Actually more focused on helping the customer than anything else -Too many things to list, honestly

Cons

-The company is growing faster than I think it can handle. Which when it comes down to it isn't really a con at all, they're handling it very well and it's exciting to be a part of it, but there's sometimes slight miscommunication here and there. -Training when I started as a temp was more about the idea of SSL certificates than our system, which ended with us needing to ask a lot of questions to just be able to start, but again not much of a con since there are always people around that are so helpful we were able to pick it up quickly.
