Pros

- Huge customer base - Technology/Products - Changes being made are the right changes for growth - CEO

Cons

- Lots of changes and everyone is trying to adapt (org changes, messaging, teams, processes, etc.) - "Old way" of doing things could get in the way of progress. There a lot of long tenured people at the company that may not be able to adapt to the change. This includes messaging pitch (from product to use cases/pain points), actual prospecting, how we go to market, team structures and how everyone works together, getting rid of red tape, the need for processes to streamline and make more time for quality work vs busy work.

We note your message on the cons, including the many changes and rigidity expressed by some to those and other changes. It can be difficult to adapt, but we are providing leaders and employees with training and tools to support them throughout changes.
