DigiCert still needs to grow in HR

Great company. It has many positive benefits.

Cons

Company is still in it infancy as it grew really fast. Not really a bad comment but HR is not there to help the employee but to protect the company. From the stance of the company that is great, as an employee needing help, it is just another form of bureaucracy.
