Pros

- People are managed in a human way - Many benefits such as health insurance, partial dental expenses, very active employee community - Great opportunities to study and take courses to keep your skill set relevant - Opportunities to work with wide selection of technologies and business areas - Work / life balance is understood and appreciated

Cons

- Despite the recent positive company-wide improvements in management practicies, it still matters which unit you work for, some units take better care of their personnel

Pros

Nice colleagues, development paths, training opportunities, work-life balance, interesting projects and clients

Cons

Most of the projects are national/Finnish clients - no international projects, although we are agile but not in everything (too much bureaucracy sometimes)
