I was on a verge of a burn out due to personal issues, and received support and help both from my superior as well as from HR. Digia's occupational health care made it possible to get professional help quick.
Cons
- Slowness in decision making & sometimes heavy bureaucracy As Digia is fairly big company and is listed in stock, that brings some stiffness along. With time you get used to it and know when you can press against and when its just better to let it go. I don't expect Digia to me as agile as smaller companies, but some stretching might do some good.
