Pros

- Have some benefits that not everyone else has (dental). - Big clients = potentially interesting and challenging projects to work on - You can use latest tools and technologies given you're not stuck developing with C# (or .NET or some other weird Qt)

Cons

- top management lives in past and can't properly manage things within the company - communication within the company is subpar - you'll probably need Finnish at some point if you want to make a career - this is not a company to make a career

Pros

Supporting Qt Some friendly people there

Cons

Employee rotation is very high. Treats employees like slaves (low salaries, no right to speak up, insignificant career growth) Randomly fires employees in times of "crisis" and now pretends everything is ok and is a stable place to work for the next 5 years under the Qt flag. Hires a lot of people just to sell them to customers, that's mostly in the past 10 years how they got so much money to buy Qt. Clueless managers/directors earning all the money. No real mission or clear business objectives and long term vision, besides basic exploitation of skilled CS and Engineers.
