      I recommend Digipulse to anyone who likes to take a great opportunity and long term project with better salary. In my case, I had difficulties in converting my I-140 to H1B ,so Contacted company management and they discussed with Attorney team quickly and updated me that they can help on this regards without delaying and they got me a good project with good salary and applied H1B using I-140 in Premium and got approved in 3 days. I appreciate Digipulse Management/Admin/Account and Attorney Team for their great support

      Great Employer offering long term projects with Direct Clients

      Pros

      Received an email from Digipulse for an opportunity with one of their direct insurance client. They arranged interview the very next day, post client confirmation within a week HR, senior management and Legal team completed the H1B transfer paper work and filed the case with USCIS. They have built a very good rapport with direct clients which in-turn enabled them to establish multi year long term relationship with them. Legal team is excellent for immigration and visa related work. Nice working culture, bi-weekly pay, supportive leadership and good marketing team

      1. The Management is professional 2. They fulfilled commitments made to me at the time of joining the company 3. The management is easily accessible 4. Very transparent employment policies 5. Quick problem resolution

      Cons

      1. Salary paid is lesser compared to other top notch IT companies in the US 2. Professional Certification/Higher Education Fees are not reimbursed 3. Super flat hierarchy. All employees are designated as consultants. No vertical growth in company hierarchy.
