      Lovely but with cons

      Pros

      Incredible team environment, everyone there was supportive of growth and making your own path. Hard work is 100% noticed and manager to employee relations can not be understated. All around learning spectrum, lean simplicities as a teller to higher level credit portfolio management of upwards of 3 billion dollars. Incredibly generous with time off and understanding different employee issues.

      Cons

      Operation system for banking is archaic, consistent tech problems. Policy is not enforced all around, leading to discrepancies in service and angry members. Some policy's are inefficient and waste more time/do more harm than good. Managers sometimes don't understand systems or policy's themselves, making them un-reliant.

      Great amount of vacation time offered, bonus weeks as you gain tenure in company. Great 401k contribution matching of up to 7%.

      Cons

      Systems are slow and crash.

      -Generous 401k match -Decent work life balance -Free breakfast and lunch -Generous success sharing bonus -Positive and upbeat culture

      Cons

      -Low pay. Decent yearly raises if you're a good performer, but only within the first few years it seems. -Depending on your department, a lot of micromanaging. -DOES NOT prioritize employee growth like they claim, they will happily chose an external candidate over an in-house one more often than not. -Diversity and Inclusion networks/programs offered felt performative.
