1. My team was great, they cared a lot and fostered a positive team environment. Made connections I deeply value. 2. The gifts DCU gave their employees during the holidays and as a new hire was actually very useful 3. Good work life balance

Cons

1. It is hard to grow, especially in a technology facing role 2. Silo'd teams 3. The tech stack was outdated - very hard to advocate for innovative changes in the design of the products
