      Pros

      Open bar (beware of getting yelled at if you drink beer to often though), good bonuses when bosses like you and give you highly profitable projects.

      Cons

      Fast paced deadlines, can have multiple projects at once, overworked, big turnaround (saw 30+ people leave/ get fired in less than a year and a half), yearly reviews are not consistent, salary increase due to cost of living is not guaranteed.

      They have free beer if you're an alcoholic

      Cons

      Toxic work environment complete with racial slurs, low pay, high turnover, drunk management, ZERO opportunities for advancement. Treated badly for doing a great job. They have alcohol if you're a drunk. One of the worst jobs I ever had

      Really smart people to learn a lot from. Great company culture and atmosphere. Really care about their employees.

      Cons

      Very strong on the predominant in office working. DoD work causes lay offs when contracts are lost. Pay isn’t very competitive
