      Pros

      Get to work on projects from concept to delivery and support in quick cycles relative to other DoD manufacturers. Months instead of years. Given decision-making authority and autonomy if you handle your business. Receive company updates biweekly (all-hands meetings) and strategy updates throughout the year. Able to learn how to run a business due to the extent of the company's capabilities within a business this size. Can not only improve processes, but can help develop and implement them. You're able to influence how the company functions.

      Cons

      Commuting from north or south of Sorrento Valley requires going through traffic on the 15 or 805. Might just be a Con for San Diego.

      Beer taps. Easy commute. Free Parking.

      Cons

      Leadership is disconnected and oblivious to current state. The team is uncertain about where we're going and why we're doing the things we are. Pay isn't very competitive, except at the top, so there's a revolving door at entry and mid level.

      - president doesn’t communicate with employees - company does does not provide any feedback or affirmative action - they have no idea what they are doing nor what they and do not share any feedback with staff -blind leading the blind
