1) The work environment is very well balanced e.g. work ethics, transparency / clarity. 2) Have got a very good platform to explore my creativity, ideas; which were appreciated by everyone. 3) Management here is very approachable. 4) Small team but process driven

I am working with Digital Guru past 1.5 years... The team is evolving. Really great senior team leaders to look up to. Also, there are a few in-house brands where there is complete freedom to explore creatively. Salaries is on time. Work culture is very cool and overall a very satisfying experience.

Nothing so far...Things have been good...
