7yAs a policy, Digital Guru and it’s affiliate group of companies do not deduct salary for non-performance as the decision to hire is a company decision. In fact, we pay one-month advance for candidates who we are forced to let go post-probation period.
Historically, immediate firing happen when candidates are directly involved that is harmful to fellow colleagues or our client partners.
