There are extremely intelligent people, equipped to make a difference.

Cons

You will work weekends, after hours, Holidays and guess what? It still will NOT be enough. There is no guidance. There is NO training. The expectations are high but they will drag you and throw you under the bus for anything. Turnover rate is high but that is obvious as to why.

Really passionate CEO and some interesting work. It's all healthcare related iT development, so if you're into that this is a good place to land.

Cons

Gaithersburg is kind of out there. Not the best location in the DC metro area.
