1) Flexible work schedule. Can work from home time to time. Management understands the importance of family and promotes family first approach. 2) Great team. Very passionate about what they do. 3) Good culture and really promotes the core values of Creativity, Openness and Growth 4) If you are a tech geek, this company is for you. 5) Lots of fun stuff like company picnic, spring outings, team outings 6) Good benefits package 7) Conducts lot of charitable initiatives for local and global cause. 8) Work is very challenging. Very good opportunities to learn latest technologies.

Cons

1. Needs improvement in collaboration across various project teams 2. More Microsoft technology centric, although they are now moving towards other areas. 3. Need more team building activities

Pros

Great for beginners/new graduates. On the job support provided by more senior members. Away from senior management (depends on contract).

Cons

No education benefits provided for career growth. You will be told that there such benefits, but they will sue every single trick to not give you this benefit. Internal training sessions are poor quality and is nothing but a waste of time. Managers are not open to new ideas although they say they are. Really bad. Really bad compensation and increment rate.

1. Great place for Technical Learning Opportunities 2. Family like culture 3. Leadership team has high technical skills

Cons

1. Titles not industry appropriate (Inflated titles but lower level work expected) 2. Does not believe in manager roles only technical contributors 3. Leadership promises organization growth but lacks belief, clear strategy and skills. For over a decade, no growth (has been working with one big contract and a couple of small ones)
