We are pleased to hear that you feel Digital Infuzion cares about creating a positive culture and encourages an environment in which all employees can be heard. While we are excited that you highlighted the growth opportunities at Digital Infuzion, you also highlight one of the challenges in career growth. It is important to maintain a balance of management experience, and training for new managers to help speed their growth process. Our Learning and Development team is currently developing a manager training program that will help ALL managers with fully embracing our Growth Management Framework and becoming better managers, coaches and mentors.

We appreciate you being with Digital Infuzion for 5+ years and taking the time to provide candid and direct comments which provide us opportunities to introspect and improve. We take these comments very seriously and have taken the time to conduct some research before drafting this response. We are glad that you enjoy the hybrid work environment we have embraced and find the work that Digital Infuzion does challenging and interesting. However, we are sorry to hear that you feel that you are not able to have a work-life balance and that there were broken promises. We pride ourselves on being open and transparent and would welcome the opportunity to discuss the specifics so we can rectify the situation as soon as possible. Earlier this year, we conducted a market review of all our benefits programs and while the review noted we were very competitive within our market, we identified opportunities for enhancing our benefits. Specifically, we will be implementing enhancements to both our 401k and PTO programs. As to the advice for our management, like many companies, Digital Infuzion is led and driven by our founder and CEO. He is ably supported by his senior management team, which executes the company’s vision and goals. We genuinely believe employees are our most vital asset. Therefore, we will consider your advice and weigh it carefully. We will swiftly make the necessary changes if we find any instances impeding our employees or Digital Infuzion’s growth.
