For the most part, coworkers seemed pretty reasonable The company itself is pretty flexible, the project however may not be

Cons

Some of the old school coworkers have a demigod attitude I don't see room for career advancement unless you're moved on to a different project Could expect to work on multiple unrelated projects at the same time
