One thing nobody can deny - the three guys care about the company and everyone who works there. You might disagree with how they do things, but you can't ever doubt their intentions.
This is a smaller company, so you have the opportunity to find opportunities and have your voice heard.

If you want to have a solid 9-5 structure with clear direction then this probably isn't for you. You're granted a lot of flexibility here, so if you struggle with being a self-starter or lacking a clear roadmap for your day to day then stay away.
