Pros
Little supervision, so able to work at your own pace and do as needed. Management all very willing to help with any and all questions you have so long as you ask. Also, a great location - just outside the city to avoid the worst of the traffic, but close enough to various restaurants and POIs. Amazing benefits for little cost - you only pay what you want to put on your HSA, and DLM matches. Health, dental, and vision included. Flex hours - get in between 7 and 9, leave between 3 and 5, so long as you get your 40 in, it doesn't matter.
Cons
Structured training is a bit of a challenge, especially if the former specialist handling the account(s) is no longer employed. Sometimes management is super busy and you can't ask questions/get responses extremely quick, but in those cases you can usually refer to another person on your team.
