      Toxic environment with poor pay and limited PTO control

      Pros

      Medical and other Insurance Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO Concept is just cheating people and put more control with the supervisor. People have to take time off at the mercy of the supervisor. The salary is not as per market rate. Also the work environment is very toxic and there is no professionalism. I don't recommend it to anyone.

      Working at this company has been an incredibly positive experience. The culture is genuinely supportive and collaborative, making it easy to feel valued and motivated every day. I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside driven, talented professionals who are passionate about what they do and always willing to help each other succeed. On top of that, the company offers excellent benefits that show a real investment in employee well-being and work-life balance.
