Pros

The managements seem to care and try to work with requests. The hours are mostly fine. The people are genuinely nice. They have good benefits.

Cons

They use art directors as designers and have them in junior roles. They don't really give you a reason to care and take on responsibility. It's very disorganized and they would rather have you do the same thing over and over again then actually stand up to clients and talk them into good work. Clients are very conservative (pharma).
