Pros

Great creative though they strong arm other members of the account team. Strategy team should play an increasingly productive role beyond just metrics, focus broadly on business goals rather than performance metrics.

Cons

Need to focus on work/life balance. While financial results are critical it feels like it is run by accountants with every decision made because of margin considerations not impact on team members.

Pros

Digitas Health was a great experience. Even though the New York office has about 900 employees they somehow maintain the feeling of a small shop. Because of this and some other factors Digitas Health was one of the best corporate cultures I've ever been a part of. I have never again been surrounded by as many people that genuinely enjoyed their jobs as I was at Digitas Health.

Cons

Although there is a work life balance, and the company likes to support its employees with the unsaid slogan "work hard, play hard", there is a lot of expectation from Digitas employees. Many a late night was spent in the office working on client problems that could have been communicated through better deadlines.
