Pros

Oreos and cheetos in the kitchen

Cons

Now where do I start, I have never seen such a mismanaged company ever! I would never recommend anyone to work for them as this is not a company, it is a cult. Everyone engineer here is brainwashed, and they expect you to have no personal life and just work. There is no role in this company, everyone has to do everything. I had a friend who was a software engineer and was doing flooring and carpet cleaning for their new office for a week! They will treat you like slaves, and comment and joke on anything and everything. The CEO passes derogatory comments regarding women and is super misogynistic. The "senior" engineers (who have been working for just over an year) have no boundaries, they judge you for everything you do, and expect you to work 14 hours a day, 7 days a week. I had seen smart people fired around me for no reason within a month and slowly realised that this is just a ticking time bomb. They are looking for people who are as brainwashed as they are and as gullible as they are. I am ashamed to give even 1 star to this company! And if you have an option to work for this company or stay unemployed, I'd recommend you to stay unemployed and try finding another opportunity.

Pros

If you are trying to make a case study on how not to run a business, this is a wonderful place to start.

Cons

My experience was as follows: Degrading and stressful experience for the first day or two, third day I realize that everyone there is in their own little world and that I gotta get out of there, then I get fired on the 5th day anyway. They vaguely explained why I wasn't a 'good fit', gave me $100 ('severance pay') for not telling anyone about the awful experience, and then proceeded to fire the other guy that started around the same time as me right after I was escorted out. So once again, this would be a great case study for someone looking to dig deep into this country's worst companies. Probably not a great place if you are looking for employment.
