Digitize management fired someone in our office after he worked there for a week without any explanation. They don't let us ask questions and actually learn from the senior engineers. The "boot-camp" period of time they mention is a lie since you don't have any mentorship nor help with the projects they ask you to complete. They hand you a paper full of tasks and expect you to finish everything within 3 days and to present it like a sales person (where I am software engineer). Ever since they fire this guy in our office I am constantly worrying when and if they going to fire me too. If I had a different option I would take it but since this is my first job since I graduated from college I can't leave, but this is definitely a bad work place.

Was told the first nine weeks of work would be a "bootcamp." I was then left completely on my own to figure out technologies with which I had no familiarity, and complete a project for which zero guidance was given. Management was cold and unhelpful, and even fired an employee right in front of all of us on my first day in the office.
