      Pros

      Nice to find a company that is providing necessary repair financing to those that need it most and using technology to keep the cost to the consumer as low as possible. Managment is very dedicated to building a business model that is sustainable long term

      Non unless you consider beautiful views, clean air and a great location negatives

      Pros

      This company is great. I really like my coworkers and the management. They are supportive and have a direct interest in my well being. I also love the office setup and vibe. Everyone is super friendly.

      Cons

      It's a busy place with lots to do, be ready to work in a challenging environment. You'll thrive here if this is your interest and thing.

      Pros

      Fast moving , fun environment, great culture that allows those that want to advance to do so. You definitely need to be able to manage yourself and time or will fall behind

      Cons

      Not much to speak of. There are/were a few employees that don't like the fast pace and they sometimes are negative about the pace being set
