Diligent Delivery Systems Operations Manager reviews

Poor management on all levels from corporate to local. No opportunity for advancement or growth, zero training, lack of communication and no performance reviews. Raises are imaginary and pay can be taken away for no valid reason without warning. Local managers want their jobs to be easy so they don’t share your accomplishments with corporate, that way they keep you under them. Loyalty and dedication are expected but none is given in return. This company will use, abuse and take advantage of you then toss you out like trash when you have fulfilled their purpose. Pay is not competitive nor does it account for cost of living standards, no incentives or possibility to earn more.
