Management is a disaster. They aren’t on the same page about anything and would have us doing one thing and then another manager would come and question why. They merged two positions and then lowered the pay and when asked for a raise I was told no. There’s zero support from management.

No communication and would complain of the issue but nothing was done. Had a private combo with boss just to be told , take responsibility for basically the fact that I needed better training. I asked for it and was ignored. Compared my mental illness to a 13 year olds. There is no comparison at all. And I was truly trying my best to stay stable and be okay. I did everything I could to be okay without proper help.
