Coworkers are closely neat. Friendly and caring of each other. My boss the head of operations is very talented and professional. He treats the team with respect.

Not much negative except that remote work is not always available.

Thank you for your response. Yes, thousands of our independent contractors feel that the weekly pay is wonderful coupled with being your own boss as valued greater than company-provided benefits. Since independent contractors are not employees, contractors do not receive benefits such as employee health and other insurance coverages. The value of working as your own boss must outweigh working for someone else and the benefits and hourly wage that employees receive.
