      Investment in Change, structure, employees, product Opportunity to be a voice in the company Fabulous but aggressive win culture Strong vision for growth

      Because of the constant need for change, the execution of the vision looks poorly planned Work life balance can be challenging if you do not take action or control. In the past the company has allowed low performers to reap the benefits from the successful people around them. Needs to improve jurisdictional decision making around growth in the specific regions.       - good pay - nice people even if you don’t interact so often

      Cons

      - too much focus on time tracking and no emphasis placed on team building - bad work/life balance with people regularly replying to messages while ooo sick or on vacation - knowledge sits with a few people in the team so those people are constantly overworked
