They will pay you on time.

The company is a complete and utter failure and the executives are rearranging furniture on the titanic as it sinks. No managers have any idea what is going on at any given moment and executives are wildly incompetent people so disconnected to their workforce it's laughable. "Merit based raises" were 1.7% last year. Completely inane and haphazard RTO revealed executives are just trying to control you like slaves. Do not believe positive reviews whatsoever. The fact that the CEO still has his job after all of the colossally terrible decisions he has made proves that this company only exists to generate as much money to line his pockets and the pockets of the board and that is entirely it. High level employees leaving regularly. Failed at going public, failed at being sold, company is a zombie.
