Our monthly town halls provide a platform for leadership to share company updates and answer employee questions in real-time, fostering a sense of connection across locations. We leverage dedicated Slack channels to facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between teams, regardless of physical location, and our annual global kick-off meeting brings all teams together either in person or virtually to solidify our company mission and create a unified vision for the year ahead. We regularly review our sales lead distribution process to ensure a fair and productive allocation based on performance and experience.
