Great Vancouver Office, People are friendly and take the time to get to know you. The benefits are good and they throw a great party. Targets are attainable and time is given to reach them. Overall A+

Cons

Product team is large and doesn't make changes that lose the sales engine deals. lots of promises are made which are rarely met.

If a company pays me well and treats me well, I have no reason to leave. Diligent scores well in both areas. Innovative products, supportive management and fair compensation make Diligent a good place to be. We are making significant differences to people and organizations in regards to their governance. Diligent is a great place to work.

Cons

With any high growth company there are challenges but, the challenges are minor in comparison to the positives. No company is perfect but, Diligent is closer to perfect than the others I have been part of.
