Pros
Diligent is growing at a rapid rate and is a market leader. The product is robust and stable, and incredibly well implemented and supported. The culture is great and there are great opportunities available for people who are prepared to go the extra mile and work hard.
Cons
Growing pains do create some challenges however if you like being in an environment that evolves constantly and has a fast pace then you'll be at home at Diligent.
